During the use of pneumatic valve, it is usually necessary to configure some auxiliary parts to improve the performance of pneumatic valve, or improve the use efficiency of pneumatic valve. Common accessories of pneumatic valve include: air filter, reversing solenoid valve, limit switch, electric positioner, etc. In pneumatic technology, air filter, pressure reducing valve and oil mist atomizer are assembled together to form a pneumatic triplet, which is used to purify and filter the air source entering the pneumatic instrument and reduce the pressure to the rated air source pressure supplied by the instrument, equivalent to the function of the power transformer in the circuit.

氣動(dòng)閥門(mén)的安裝與使用

Installation and use of pneumatic valve

（1）氣動(dòng)閥門(mén)在安裝使用之前，對(duì)閥門(mén)進(jìn)行安裝前的檢查和開(kāi)關(guān)運(yùn)行試驗(yàn)。只有在運(yùn)行動(dòng)作正常的條件下，才能安裝使用。

(1) Before the pneumatic valve is installed and used, the valve shall be inspected before installation and tested for opening and closing operation. It can be installed and used only when the operation is normal.

（2）氣動(dòng)閥門(mén)的安裝要盡可能使閥門(mén)與管路法蘭同心，并加支撐固定。不能使球閥受其它外力作用，以免損壞閥門(mén)的中密封及閥門(mén)變形。造成閥門(mén)開(kāi)關(guān)不靈及閥門(mén)的損壞而無(wú)法使用。

(2) The installation of pneumatic valve shall make the valve and pipeline flange concentric as far as possible, and shall be supported and fixed. The ball valve shall not be subjected to other external forces to avoid damage to the middle seal of the valve and deformation of the valve. The valve cannot be used due to inflexible opening and closing and damage of the valve.

（3）要保證氣動(dòng)球閥及氣動(dòng)元件所提供的動(dòng)力氣源是潔凈，盡可能不帶油污及水。清潔度應(yīng)小于0.4微米。

(3) Ensure that the power air supply provided by the pneumatic ball valve and pneumatic components is clean and free of oil and water as much as possible. The cleanliness shall be less than 0.4 microns.

（4）接入氣源之前，清潔供氣管路，氣源接口和開(kāi)關(guān)等器件，以防由于管路不清潔帶上污物和泥沙沖入氣動(dòng)執(zhí)行單元而造成故障。

(4) Before connecting to the air source, clean the air supply pipeline, air source interface, switch and other devices to prevent the failure caused by the uncleaned pipeline with dirt and sediment rushing into the pneumatic actuating unit.

（5）氣動(dòng)執(zhí)行器、電磁閥、定位器、過(guò)濾器、減壓閥等的連接，可用銅管或尼龍管，為以防防塵及減小噪聲，排氣口應(yīng)安裝消聲器或消聲節(jié)流閥。

(5) The connection of pneumatic actuator, solenoid valve, positioner, filter, pressure reducing valve, etc. can be made of copper pipe or nylon pipe. In order to prevent dust and reduce noise, the exhaust port shall be installed with muffler or silencing throttle valve.

（6）安裝好以后，對(duì)氣動(dòng)閥門(mén)應(yīng)進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)，給氣動(dòng)執(zhí)行器加壓至額定值，壓力為0.4～0.7mpa，對(duì)氣動(dòng)球閥進(jìn)行開(kāi)關(guān)試驗(yàn)，觀察閥門(mén)的開(kāi)閉情況。應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活無(wú)卡阻現(xiàn)象。在開(kāi)關(guān)如有卡阻現(xiàn)象可增高氣壓，反復(fù)開(kāi)關(guān)使閥門(mén)調(diào)到開(kāi)關(guān)靈活即可。

(6) After installation, the pneumatic valve shall be tested, the pneumatic actuator shall be pressurized to the rated value with the pressure of 0.4~0.7 mpa, the pneumatic ball valve shall be tested for opening and closing, and the opening and closing of the valve shall be observed. It shall rotate flexibly without jamming. If the switch is jammed, the air pressure can be increased. Repeated opening and closing can make the valve flexible.

（7）安裝調(diào)試開(kāi)關(guān)型氣動(dòng)閥時(shí)，先用手動(dòng)裝置進(jìn)行（電磁閥上的手動(dòng)按鈕）調(diào)試、動(dòng)作正常后在通電調(diào)試。

(7) When installing and debugging the switch type pneumatic valve, first use the manual device (the manual button on the solenoid valve) for debugging, and then conduct the power on debugging after the action is normal.

（8）氣動(dòng)閥門(mén)應(yīng)定期進(jìn)行維護(hù)保養(yǎng)閥桿轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)處，應(yīng)三個(gè)月加油（機(jī)油）一次。定期對(duì)氣動(dòng)執(zhí)行單元和配合使用的空氣過(guò)濾器進(jìn)行放水、排污。正常的情況下六個(gè)月檢查一次，每年檢修一次。

(8) The pneumatic valve shall be maintained regularly at the rotating position of the valve stem, and oil (engine oil) shall be added once every three months. Regularly drain and blow down the pneumatic actuating unit and the air filter used together. Under normal conditions, the inspection shall be conducted once every six months and the maintenance shall be conducted once a year.
