電動(dòng)閥:用于液體、氣體和風(fēng)系統(tǒng)管道介質(zhì)流量的模擬量調(diào)節(jié),是AO控制.在大型閥門(mén)和風(fēng)系統(tǒng)的控制中也可以用電動(dòng)閥做兩位開(kāi)關(guān)控制
Electric valve: used for analog regulation of medium flow in liquid, gas, and air system pipelines, it is an AO control. In the control of large valves and air systems, electric valves can also be used as two position switch controls

Precautions for electric valve operation
1)動(dòng)時(shí),確認(rèn)離合器手柄在相應(yīng)位置

1) When moving, confirm that the clutch handle is in the corresponding position
2)如果是在控制室控制電動(dòng)閥,把轉(zhuǎn)換開(kāi)關(guān)打大REMOTE位置,然后通過(guò)SCADA系統(tǒng)控制電動(dòng)閥的開(kāi)關(guān)
2) If controlling the electric valve in the control room, turn the transfer switch to the REMOTE position and then control the switch of the electric valve through the SCADA system
3)如果手動(dòng)控制,把轉(zhuǎn)換開(kāi)關(guān)打在LOCAL位置,就地操作電動(dòng)閥的開(kāi)關(guān),電動(dòng)閥開(kāi)到位或者關(guān)到位的時(shí)候它會(huì)自動(dòng)停止工作,后把運(yùn)行轉(zhuǎn)換開(kāi)關(guān)打到中間位置
3) If manually controlled, place the transfer switch in the LOCAL position and operate the switch of the electric valve locally. When the electric valve is opened or closed in place, it will automatically stop working. Then, turn the operation transfer switch to the middle position
4)采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)操作閥門(mén)時(shí),應(yīng)監(jiān)視閥門(mén)開(kāi)閉指示和閥桿運(yùn)行情況,閥門(mén)開(kāi)閉度要符合要求
4) When operating valves on site, the valve opening and closing indication and valve stem operation should be monitored, and the valve opening and closing degree should meet the requirements
5)采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)操作全關(guān)閉閥門(mén)時(shí),在閥門(mén)關(guān)到位前,應(yīng)停止電動(dòng)關(guān)閥,改用微動(dòng)將閥門(mén)關(guān)到位
5) When using on-site operation to fully close the valve, before the valve is fully closed, the electric valve should be stopped and micro action should be used to close the valve in place
6)對(duì)行程和超扭矩控制器整定后的閥門(mén),首次全開(kāi)或全關(guān)閥門(mén)時(shí),應(yīng)注意監(jiān)視其對(duì)行程的控制情況,如閥門(mén)開(kāi)關(guān)到位置沒(méi)有停止的,應(yīng)立即手動(dòng)緊急停機(jī)
6) When the valve is fully opened or fully closed for the first time after the stroke and overtorque controllers have been set, attention should be paid to monitoring its control over the stroke. If the valve switch is in position and does not stop, manual emergency shutdown should be immediately performed
7)在開(kāi)、閉閥門(mén)過(guò)程中,發(fā)現(xiàn)信號(hào)指示燈指示有誤、閥門(mén)有異常響聲時(shí),應(yīng)及時(shí)停機(jī)檢查
7) When the signal indicator light is found to be incorrect or the valve has abnormal noise during the process of opening and closing the valve, the machine should be stopped for inspection in a timely manner
8)操作成功后應(yīng)關(guān)閉電動(dòng)閥門(mén)的電源
8) After successful operation, the power supply to the electric valve should be turned off
9)同時(shí)操作多個(gè)閥門(mén)時(shí),應(yīng)注意操作順序,并滿足生產(chǎn)工藝要求
9) When operating multiple valves simultaneously, attention should be paid to the operation sequence and meet the production process requirements
10)開(kāi)啟有旁通閥門(mén)的較大口徑閥門(mén)時(shí),若兩端壓差較大,應(yīng)先打開(kāi)旁通閥調(diào)壓,再開(kāi)主閥:主閥打開(kāi)后,應(yīng)立即關(guān)閉旁通閥
10) When opening a larger diameter valve with a bypass valve, if the pressure difference between the two ends is large, the bypass valve should be opened first to regulate the pressure, and then the main valve should be opened. After the main valve is opened, the bypass valve should be immediately closed
11)收發(fā)清管球(器)時(shí),其經(jīng)過(guò)的球閥必須全開(kāi)
11) When sending and receiving cleaning balls (devices), the ball valves they pass through must be fully open
12)操作球閥、閘閥、截止閥、蝶閥只能全開(kāi)或全關(guān),嚴(yán)禁作調(diào)節(jié)用
12) Ball valves, gate valves, globe valves, and butterfly valves can only be fully opened or fully closed, and are strictly prohibited from being used for adjustment purposes
13)操作閘閥、截止閥和平板閥過(guò)程中,當(dāng)關(guān)閉或開(kāi)啟到上死點(diǎn)或下死點(diǎn)時(shí),應(yīng)回轉(zhuǎn)1/2~1圈
13) During the operation of gate valves, globe valves, and flat valves, when closing or opening to the top or bottom dead center, they should be rotated by 1/2 to 1 turn
